Skittles is a fawn doe. She is actullay a higher rufus fawn than most fawns I have had. She was born here in our rabbitry. I My favorite japanese harlequin doe had passed away and I needed to breed for another high quality replacement. We have all the genetics to produce any color or pattern here but it takes a couple of generations sometimes. So I chose to use a magpie harlequin and our red line to produce this future girl. I didn’t get the harlequin pattern I liked in a good quality doe so I kept the next best thing which is fawn. Skittles was it. She was only to be used once to get that japanese harlequin that I so wanted and she did her job first time! We now have a gorgeous chocolate based japanese harlequin girl we have named Harley Quinn and Skittles can move on to another rabbitry or family for the remainder of her years. She is very young, only a year old. She produced just one litter for us and was an amazing mom! She comes with a full pedigree. She is easy to groom and has a very nice personality as well as beautiful wool! She can be grown out and shown as well.
